Model Simplification and Prediction Error Correction of Dynamic Matrix Control

This paper proposes the dynamic matrix control of heat supply object based on the feature of heat supply process.The use of simplified model and prediction error correction improves conventional control algorithm.It introduces the principle of model simplification,and derives immediate control.In order to compensate model mismatch after simplification,the prediction model error is used to replace model error to carrly out correction of optimum control of system.The prediction error correction is based on time series analysis,parameters estimation and optimum prediction principle.In the end of the paper,simulation of heat supply object about above mentioned algorithm is carried out.Simulation results prove that algorithm is effective in ensuring real time control,improvement of tracking and robustness property.
