The current conveyor: history, progress and new results

With the growing interest in current-mode analogue circuits, an historical account of the invention of the current conveyor is given. Some observations are made on the progress in its realisation and application over the past two decades. New results on the monolithic implementation of the current conveyor are presented.< >
