Study on Critical Technologies in Ultra Wideband Signal Monitoring System

As the background of monitoring signals with instant bandwidth exceeding 1GHz,ultra high-speed data acquisition and bulk digital storage are realized by using high-performance FPGA and ultra high-speed ADC.The multi-channel synchronizing processing terminal have the capacity of real-time signal monitoring and real-time interference leading.The terminal adopts Software Defined Radio technique.Experiments showed that the signal-noise ratio gets 44 dB and Effective Number of Bits(ENOB) is 7.1 b at the sampling rate of 600 Msps.The experiment achieved good effect.
