Cisto broncogênico em lactente: importância do diagnóstico diferencial

Bronchogenic cyst is presented rounded as mediastinal unilocular mass containing caseous material. It is relatively uncommon, this lung bad formation. In children this bad formation tends to be located in the mediastinum. Symptoms vary according to age and cyst location. In this study the authors describe a case of mediastinal cyst bronchogenic in a breastfed which symptoms simulate a hiperreaction bronchic asthma causing no need therapies, as well as repeated hospitalizations. The surgical remove of the cystic lesion provides a complete symptomatologic remission.
