Parameter identification of RF transceiver blocks using regressive models

Abstract In this paper a new technique for nonlinear parameter identification for RF devices is presented. The parameter estimation strategy combines the Levenberg-Marquardt method (LMM) for nonlinear parameter optimization and the least-square method (LSM) for linear parameter estimation. The technique is illustrated for several components of an RF transceiver.
