To improve the execution effect of process planning in the actual production and achieve the optimized deployment of manufacturing resources,a concurrent integration mode of CAPP/PPC,which was dynamic-process-based and manufacturing-resources-centered,was proposed.Dynamic process and manufacturing resource optimization during the integration process of CAPP/PPC were studied.Based on the discussion of dynamic process description,a layered solving strategy for dynamic process optimization was brought forward.During the solving process,dynamic process was firstly decomposed,then,decomposed process was optimized for cost and consignment deadline so as to realize global process optimization and manufacturing resources optimization deployment.Finally,a gear spindle was demonstrated to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the process optimization model.
