Stability and robustness study of a fully digital field oriented control system for induction actuators

This paper deals with the fully digital control of an induction actuator. A direct field oriented control system using simplified digital current controllers, in order to reduce the computation power needed for the microprocessors, is investigated. The stability problems related to the discretization inherent to the digital control of the currents are analysed. The good performance of the proposed control algorithm, especially against parameter uncertainties, is shown by digital simulations.<<ETX>>
