DMF 와 차량 EMS 제어 인자와의 상관 관계에 대한 연구

A Dual Mass Flywheel (DMF) has been applied to reduce the vibration and noise such as gear rattle noise of transmission, booming noise in power train system. Generally, this part helps the improvement of total vehicle systems by spring characteristic change. But it causes the instability of the creep idle engine rpm to the vehicle if there is no optimization of the power train system. In this paper we researched that the first Korean DMF focused on only the gear rattle noise in HMC vehicle amplified the instability of the creep idle engine rpm. We analyzed the original effect of the DMF design parameters and optimized to the vehicle. We also improved the Engine Management System control parameters for the robustness of the endurance DMF and vehicle. This paper presents the results of the importance of the DMF design parameters and EMS control parameters to satisfy the creep idle engine rpm stability of the vehicle.
