Lossless Information Hiding Based on Pixel-Value Exchange

A novel lossless data-hiding scheme is presented by which the original image can be restored without error after extraction of an embedded message.The proposed method utilizes a property that the change tendencies at the adjacent pixels are always same to compress losslessly the data used to denote these properties in small blcoks of pixels,and lead to a spare space for carrying the additional message.According to the characteristics of human vision sensitivity,the pixel-value exchanging operation is used to embed the secret message and the compressed data for image restoration into the texture regions of host image.The imperceptibility of the method is therefore very high.
