Design of Full Flight Envelop Controller for Aero-Engine

Design of full flight envelop aero-engine controllor system is studied,the problems of dividing flight region and the selection of nominal plant in corresponding region are analyzed,and the method of dividing flight region based on the engine inlet parameters is introduced.Then,two degrees-of-freedom H∞ loop-shaping design procedure is applied to aero-engine control system to improve the tracking performance while maintaining stability robustness.At last,the hardware in-the-loop simulation based on the real-time simulation platform is carried out,and the results have verified the validity of the flight envelop dividing method and the two-degree-of-freedom robust control system design method for aero-engine full envelop control.
