Tire arm derrick crane with auxiliary power source for recovering potential energy

The invention relates to a tyre arm frame-typed crane with a recovery potential auxiliary power source, comprising the mechanisms of the crane such as a lifting mechanism, a rotation mechanism, a luffing mechanism, a walking mechanism and a power mechanism; a super capacitor is connected in parallel on a DC bus of the power mechanism; the tyre arm frame-typed crane is characterized in that the super capacitor, a bidirectional DC/DC converter, a DSP controller and an energy consumption circuit form recovery potential auxiliary power source; the super capacitor is connected in parallel on the stabilizer capacitor of the DC bus by the bidirectional DC/DC converter; the DSP controller is connected with the bidirectional DC/DC converter and the energy consumption circuit; the energy consumption circuit is connected in parallel with the DC bus. The tyre arm frame-typed crane has the beneficial effects that a dual-power source which takes an internal combustion-generator set and the super capacitor as powers uses the recovery potential auxiliary power source formed by the super capacitor to realize that the super capacitor and the generator set supply the power for the system together, effectively improves the stability of the power device of the tyre arm frame-typed crane, saves the energy, has no noise, reduces the assembly capacity of the whole machine and reduces the impact to the crane power system.
