The invention discloses a digital signal processor (DSP)-based digital inversion welding power supply control system. The system comprises a man-machine interface module, wherein the man-machine interface module communicates with a microcontroller core module through a serial communication interface (SCI); a communication protocol is a Modbus protocol; the man-machine interface module comprises a singlechip; the singlechip is connected with a button for setting parameters, a coder and a light-emitting diode (LED) digital tube for displaying states; and a central processing unit (CPU) of the microcomputer core module is a DSP chip TMS320F2802. The system has a reasonable structure and high generality, anti-jamming capability and reliability.
