Talk about Purchases and Misses of '98 GUI FAN WANG MA

Mr． Wang Yongming formulated ＇98 GuiFanWangMa in 1998 after his “WuBiZixing”of 1983．The writer thinks ＇98 GuiFanWangMa has many improvements,trying to be in accordance with the Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools,but there are still a few serious theoretical mistakes．A lot of separation and coding of the Chinese Character do not tally with the existing rules of Chinese language,so it is very difficult for this system to be used in pri－mary and middle schools and used for the Computer Level Examinations．
