Technical Performance Measures and Distributed-Simulation Training Systems

Abstract : Simulation systems are being increasingly used as a cheaper alternative to field training and as the Services put such systems into place acquisition managers must add new methods to the traditional technical performance measures to assess the effectiveness of these training systems.
