Trustworthiness and the Adoption of Business Analytics

ABSTRACT The satisfaction managers have in their business analytics is related to their perceived usefulness of it as an IT (Information Technology). However, their belief in the trustworthiness of the business analytics team contributes to both the level of analytics they utilize and their satisfaction with it. Both trustworthiness and perceived usefulness increased with better information quality, but information quality did not increase the level of business analytics analysis.
