Working Stress Analysis of Rail Transit Driver Based on ECR Model

The ECR (Extended Contributive Rule) model is used to evaluate the influencing factors of the stress in the driver's driving operation. Then the ISM (Interpretative structural model) model is applied to classify the importance of each factor into a structured model. The results of the survey show that drivers of different groups have different evaluation of the importance of the working stress. Taking into account the objections, there will be some changes in the importance of the drivers in the same group. The conclusion is that the most important factors are workload, skill level and external environment. Finally, according to the analysis results, combined with the driver feedback, the corresponding measures to alleviate the driver's working stress are put forward, which can provide reference for improving the safety level and key personnel management of rail traffic operation.
