The invention discloses a method for displaying astronomical time and power network frequency on a large LED screen in real time. The method comprises the following steps: (1) setting an IP address of an astronomical clock NTP output port, and connecting the astronomical clock NTP output port with an OPEN3000 system main network switch; (2) connecting an internet port of the OPEN3000 main network switch with a large LED screen control machine; (3) transmitting the acquired real-time power network frequency to the large LED screen control machine in an FTP mode by virtue of the OPEN3000 system; and (4) receiving an FTP file by virtue of the large LED screen control machine. According to the method, the time is checked by utilizing the OPEN3000 system in a machine room of an automatic master station and the conventional large LED screen control machine, the acquired power network frequency is displayed on the large LED screen by virtue of the OPEN3000 system, the requirements on the astronomical time and power network frequency caused by regulators are met, the astronomical time and power network frequency are practically and effectively fused with the large LED screen in a scheduling hall into a whole, the appearance is neat and attractive, and the working efficiency of the regulators is greatly improved.
