INFERENCE FROM ACCELERATED LIFE TESTS

This paper is intended to be a brief exposition of the basic ideas of inference from accelerated life tests. Many of the recent parametric and nonparametric approaches are outlined, including results based on censored as well as complete samples from accelerated tests.
