Organisations without “System”: Working with Holons Against Universality?

The social organisation just like the biological organism is in a constant process of evolution. in the social world all parties to the organisational change process come to the organisations with various lenses which shape the way they view and describe the change. Actors will have their own preconceived ideas about how organisational change should be implemented. the actor who also fulfils the role of interventionist enters the internal organisational environment and becomes part of the change process itself. Whatever methodology the external actor or interventionist brings into the internal environment is yet another framework to be incorporated into the social discourse embedded within the organisation.
