Integrated circuit and method for controlling data output impedance

PURPOSE: An integrated circuit and method for controlling data output impedance is provided to reduce a leakage current by offering a test mode in which only selected OCD(Off Chip Driver) drivers control impedance. CONSTITUTION: An address decoder(31) decodes an address signal and generates a selection mode signal and a first control mode signal . The selection signal decoder(33) decodes the selection signal and generates an enable signal and a block signal. A transmission control part(36) transmits a pull-up signal and a pull down signal to a selection pull-up signal and a selection pull-down signal. The selection pull-up signal and the selection pull-down signal drive a driver.
