A New Dynamic Matrix Control Algorithm

The calculation of inverse matrix is involved in Dynamic Matrix Control(DMC) and it restrains on-line application.This paper presents a simplified DMC algorithm.A decay factor is introduced to make the control increment come to zero in the control horizon. Aiming at this idea two schemes are given, which will reduce the computation quantity of inverse matrix. The calculation amount decreases a lot and the velocity is heightened. Computer simulation of these two schemes are given, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the strategy proposed.
