We demonstrated super-resolution imaging using microsphere-embedded cover slides. We performed imaging, with resolution improvement by a factor of 2-3, by using barium titanate glass microspheres with diameters ~30–150 µm and refractive index ~1.9–2.1 embedded in a layer of polydimethylsiloxane elastomer placed over the specimen.
