AUTOMATION OPTIMIZING SCHEMES OF HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKE BASED ON DUAL-CLOSED-LOOP PID CONTROL METHOD

With the requirement of oil exploration,the automation technology of hydraulic disc brake system(HDB)have become more and more widely used. The response characteristic and adjusting accuracy are the two mainbraking performances of hydraulic disc brake systems. After analysis the braking performance of HDB,the delaycharacteristic and nonlinear characteristic are found on HDB. So the optimizing schemes for hydraulic disc brake,such as integral-separated PID algorithm and dual-closed-loop control method are used in the constant weight autodrillingsystem. It has been tested with success both on the integrated braking facility and the oil field. It is provedthat the integrated braking facilities has the feature of testing the braking system and supply some available referencesfor the development of other braking system.
