Katalytische Synthese von Organolithium‐ und ‐magnesium‐Verbindungen sowie von Lithium‐ und Magnesiumhydriden – Anwendungen in der organischen Synthese und als Wasserstoffspeicher

Als eine der neueren Entwicklungen auf dem Gebiet der homogenen Katalyse gelten Katalysatoren, die die Umsetzung von 1-Alkenen zu Alkenyllithium-Verbindungen und Lithiumhydrid sowie die Hydrierung von Lithium und Magnesium unter milden Bedingungen ermoglichen. Katalytisch erzeugtes Magnesiumhydrid ist hochreaktiv; es last sich katalytisch an 1-Alkene zu Diorganomagnesium-Verbindungen addieren und kann unter anderem zur Synthese von Silan und „aktivem Magnesium” angewendet werden. Die Wasserstoffspeicherung in Form von Metallhydriden wird erortert. Die Hydrier-/Dehydrierversuche ergaben, das sich katalytisch hergestelltes Magnesiumhydrid (mit oder ohne Dotierung mit Fremdmetallen) als Hochtemperatur-Wasserstoffspeicher eignet.
