High-precision measurements of the resistivity of strained dilute copper-silver alloys below 1K

Between 0.4 and 1K a T2 temperature variation of electron-electron scattering is observed. Below 0.4K there are departures from T2 in the opposite direction to those observed in K, K-Rb, Ag and Au. The change in the electron-electron scattering term upon straining is in qualitative agreement with the theory of Kaveh and Wiser (1982, 1983) but metallurgical problems prevent a definitive test.
