Employment service method by coded user data via network

PURPOSE: A method for offering human resources information with protection using a network is provided to prevent leakage of personal information by opening the personal information of the job seeker only in case that the deal between the job offerer and the job seeker is successfully made. CONSTITUTION: A job offerer (10) and a job seeker (20) connect to a job-offering/job-seeking server (40) to register job-offering information and job-seeking information. The job-offering/job-seeking server (40) operates a job-offerer connection site (41), a job-seeker connection site (42) and a management site (43) and stores operation information in a data base. A job-seeker information data base (50) stores personal information received from the job seeker and information obtained from a questionnaire provided from the server (40). An authentication data base (51) performs authentication for the personal information and ability of the registered job seeker (20) and stores the authentication result. A job seeking information providing data base (52) stores the information on the job ability and qualification for the authenticated job seeker and coded information on the anonymous job seeker, allowing a job offering company to connect to the site and search. A job offering company data base (53) stores information on the job offering company.
