Silicon-based Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits Design Technique

This paper presents a silicon-based radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) design methodology. Pre-tapeout functionality verification stage features are discussed. Post-layout simulation results of the C-band beamformer RFIC based on 180 nm SiGe BiCMOS technology are also presented.
