Touch screen, manufacturing method thereof and display device

The invention discloses a touch screen, a manufacturing method of the touch screen and a display device to achieve the touch screen which is simpler in structure and manufacturing process. The touch screen comprises a substrate, a plurality of first electrodes, a plurality of second electrodes, a shading layer, first insulating layers, electric conduction connecting wires, electric connection leading wires and a second insulating layer. The first electrodes are formed on the substrate, positioned in a touch area and distributed along a first direction, the second electrodes are formed on the substrate, positioned in a touch area and distributed along a second direction, the shading layer is formed on the substrate and positioned in a frame area, and a first insulating layer is positioned between each two electrode units in the first electrodes, made of the same material as the shading layer and arranged in the same layer as the shading layer. The electric conduction connecting wires are formed on the substrate, positioned on the first insulating layers, and used for connecting adjacent electrode units in the first electrodes, the electric connection leading wires are positioned on the shading layer and connected with a touch driving electrode and a touch induction electrode, and the second insulating layer is formed on the substrate and covers the whole substrate.
