Exercício físico e hemofilia: conceitos e intervenção

Resumo: A hemofilia e uma coagulopatia hereditaria relacionada ao cromossomo  X (recessivo), manifesta em individuos do sexo masculino de todas as idades, com graus de leve, moderado a grave. Apresenta como manifestacoes clinicas mais relevantes hematomas, sinovites e hemartroses, que podem ser agravadas pela pratica mal orientada do exercicio fisico e, ao contrario, melhoradas a partir do tratamento medico aliado ao exercicio fisico adequadamente prescrito. Diante disso, o estudo caracteriza a hemofilia, descreve os tratamentos mais recorrentes e, a partir de entao, sinaliza a importância do exercicio fisico agregado na melhora da qualidade de vida de criancas, jovens e adultos hemofilicos.
