We are studied in environmentally friendly N₂:O₂ Mixture with the solid insulator(PE) of thickness and distribution of electric field. Surface flashover voltage was increased with the Pressure and solid insulator of thickness. because the S-P electrodes of a solid insulator on contact in the wider area and triple junction effect of concentrated electric field take effect Partial Discharge, the N-P value of Surface flashover voltage is higher than Arrangement of S-P electrodes. according to the resuit, it was triple junction effect of concentrated electric field that the Surface Discharge is very important.
