The invention provides a scheduling method based on a group, UE and a base station. The scheduling method comprises the steps as follows: the UE obtains group scheduling identification; the group scheduling identification is used for indicating the grouping of control signaling scheduling in a PDCCH (Physical Downlink Control Channel); the UE receives the control signaling masked in the PDCCH, and the control signaling is processed through demasking according to the group scheduling identification; the UE receives an MAC PDU (Media Access Control Protocol Data Unit) according to the control signaling, and the MAC PDU comprises data packets of at least one UE in the same group; the UE obtains the PDCCH feedback resource positions corresponding to the positions of the data packets of the UE according to the corresponding relation of the positions of the data packets of at least one UE in the MAC PDU and the PDCCH feedback resource positions; and ACK (acknowledgement character) feedback information is transmitted in the corresponding PDCCH feedback resource positions. The scheduling method, UE and the base station can improve the resource utilization rate and increase the system capacity.
