The design considerations,circuit principal,mounting and adjustment of the driving power of piezoelectric micro actuator using the normal voltage resistant device is presented herein.The output of the driving power supply is up to 1 000 V,and the key element of the circuit is the common voltage resistant device,mainly the MOSFET element.The unique feature of the design is simple circuit,low cost with high safety and stability.
