Project management oriented to multi-product collaborative development

According to the philosophy of system theory,some key problems in project management oriented to multi-product collaborative development were analyzed,particularly the relationships among Product Development(PD) project information.Firstly,the PD project information framework based on management control points was constructed.Then,considering the information and resource dependence among multi-project,objective-oriented multi-project collaborative scheduling was proposed.In addition,from the project executors' view,the tasks sorting mechanism based on scheduling pressure was presented,and the project execution environment oriented to collaborative development for multi-project was constructed.The advantage of these methods was that the relationships among entire information could be managed flexibly and the integrity of project planning and execution could be obtained.
