Monolithic gridless 1 × 2 wavelength-selective switch in silicon

We present a monolithic 1 × 2 wavelength-selective switch in silicon nitride and silicon waveguides. The size is only 5.5 mm × 3.0 mm, and the switching is gridless with 32 pixels on a pitch of 100 GHz.
