Apartment houses are constructed with parts of the different size and life cycle. Establishing a proper timing of repair and replacement for the infill components of housing makes falling-off in quality of the housing, and satisfies the residents better for their qualitative and social demands in the rapidly changing era situation. This study understands a specific character of the repair cycle and replacements of the long life apartment Infill and searches for the cycle of the repair and replacement of the Infill corresponding with the structure having the durability for 100 years. The cycle of the repair and replacement on the durability connected with parts of the building is reconstructed under the architectural code. And it is studied throughout the correlation of the environmental facts and family life cycle. This is to provide the draft data for the establishment of the cycle of the repair and replacement of the long life apartment Infill.
