Improving the Performance of a Dynamometer Which Measures Axial Force and Torque during Drilling of Kevlar 49 Composites

A dynamometer has been constructed for the measurement of axial drill force and torque during the drilling of Kevlar 49 composites. Initial tests of the dynamometer showed a significant time delay on the torque output channel.
