A transmission network planning mathematical model based on genetic algorithms is presented in this thesis,which includes transmission line investment and network loss.Simulated annealing accuracy penalty function is used to treat nonlinear constrained optimization problems,and constrains is dealt with by adaptive annealing penalty factors penalty function to make the algorithm converge to feasible optima.Power flow ealculation and overload calibration are conducted using direct current load flow to improve calculation accuracy.The model considers N-1 inspection principle,meets the requirements for reliability in network planning.Meanwhile,the isolated node in grid and planning for network breaking are solved well.
