Non-Global Potentials in Electrodynamics

In this paper, in conection with the ideas of Wu and Yang about magnetic monopoles, we make some comments on the consequences of the independence between the electric charges and the magnetic monopoles, and also, we poit out some features on the use of non-global potentials in the Electrodynamics without the presence of magnetic monopoles.
