ADC standard harmonization: Comparison of test methods - Phase II

The paper proposes an experimental analysis for verifying the differences in parameter definitions and test methods specified by several standards. The aim of the research is to compare results, in order to find a proposal for a standard harmonization. The analysis is focused on the dynamic analog-to-digital-converters (ADCs) testing in the frequency domain on middle-resolution ADCs.
