Heterogeneous information Sharing is the premise of the operation in Virtual Enterprises, It represents the reuse of information among databases .A thought of the introduction of CSV file is presented in the paper because of the poor reuse and adaptability in the database application domain. By means of the design and edit on the CSV file, realizes the distillation and separation of the reusable information and makes the application have the function of adaptability and extensibility, and so realize the dynamic integration with the heterogeneous databases.
