SOP Ligatur von Hämorrhoiden

Diese SOP beschränkt sich auf die Ligaturbehandlung des Hämorrhoidalleidens. Die anderen konservativen Behandlungsverfahren wie Basistherapie und Hämorrhoidensklerosierung werden ebenso wie die operativen Verfahren nicht besprochen. Es werden Indikation, Kontraindikationen, Durchführung, Komplikationen und Ergebnisse der Hämorrhoidenligatur abgehandelt. Diese sind in ▶ Abb. 1 dargestellt und werden im Anschluss ausführlich erläutert.
