Trapping centres in poly-1-vinyl-1,2,4-triazole

Trapping centres in poly-1 -vinyl-1,2,4-triazole are investigated by SCLC, TSD, and TSC methods. Two types of trapping centres with Gaussian distribution are discovered. The parameters of both the types of traps have the following values; depth: 0.57 and 0.40 eV, distribution parameter: 0.007 and 0.005 eV, density: 1015 to 1016 cm−3, respectively. Haftzentren in Poly-1-Vinyl-1,2,4-Triazol werden mittels SCLC-, TSD- und TSC-Methoden untersucht. Zwei Arten von Haftzentren mit Gausverteilung werden gefunden. Die Parameter beider Arten der Haftzentren haben folgende Werte; Tiefe: 0,57 bzw. 0,40 eV; Verteilungs- parameter: 0,007 bzw. 0,005 eV; Dichte : 1015 bis 1016 cm−3.
