Proceedings of the 1st ACM SIGPLAN international workshop on Programming language and systems technologies for internet clients

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 1st ACM SIGPLAN International Workshop on Programming Language and Systems Technologies for Internet Clients (PLASTIC 2011). The focus of the workshop is both on innovative solutions in the area of Internet client software that improve on the current state-of-the-art, as well as on bold, new ideas that break with the current status quo. PLASTIC 2011 accepted 6 regular (long) papers and 2 position (short) papers from a variety of areas related to Internet client technologies, including Internet clients security as well as design, implementation and analysis of programming languages used to program Internet clients.
