Novel Ms⁁2 type FDNR simulation configuration with electronic control and grounded capacitances

In this paper a new Ms⁁2 type grounded frequency dependent negative resistance (FDNR) simulation configuration is presented. The proposed simulator is constructed by using two voltage differencing current conveyors (VDCCs), single grounded resistance and two grounded capacitances. The proposed FDNR simulation circuit does not requires any component matching condition and enjoys electronic tuning of realized resistance. The presented FDNR simulator has good non-ideal behavior and low active/passive sensitivity values. To confirm the working of proposed FDNR configuration some filter design examples are proposed and simulated. The performance of presented circuits has been verified by PSPICE simulations.
