The invention provides a magnetic saturation type three-phase controllable reactor, comprising three main iron core columns, three working windings, a top yoke, a top yoke control winding, a bottom yoke, a bottom yoke control winding and the like, wherein the whole body of each main iron core column is in a columnar shape with equal sections and the main iron core is formed by overlapping a plurality of iron core cakes with the same sectional shape; certain air gaps space are reserved among the iron core cakes and used as air gaps of the magnetic saturation type three-phase controllable reactor; upper and lower ends of the three main iron core columns are respectively connected with the top yoke and the bottom yoke; and the top yoke and the bottom yoke are respectively wound by the top yoke control winding and the bottom yoke control winding. According to the invention, by controlling direct currents of the top yoke control winding and the bottom yoke control winding to change the saturation degrees of the top yoke and the bottom yoke, the adjustment of a reactance value of the magnetic saturation type three-phase controllable reactor is further realized. The magnetic saturation type three-phase controllable reactor provided by the invention can be widely applied to a middle-high voltage level electric power system.
