The Workflow Automaton in Ad Hoc Network

Different from the traditional workflow, the workflow in Ad Hoc network is influenced by the variety of environment. In order to solve this problem, the activity automaton involving the context of the Ad Hoc network is proposed based on the extended Finite State Machine. Considering the influence of Ad Hoc network, the workflow automation is modeled by assembling some activity automatons. An example of medical monitor workflow is presented to verify the effectiveness of the workflow automation.
