Application of Energy Measurement IC ADE7878 in Watt-hour Meter

In viewof the current existing situation that lots of measurement chip can’t fully support the newrequirements of china state grid,this article introduces a newmeasurement chip,ADE7878,from the characteristic of it,the hardware interface of it,the current detection function in the power off situation and harmonic analysis function.It also brings forward a production pattern that can promote the production efficiency by using ADE7878 to calibrate power.In this article,there are some references on choosing the measurement scheme of state grid energy meter.
