To improve the monitoring performance of underground safety system of substation node,the substation node of mine coal based on CAN bus is designed with ARM Cortex-M3 as a hardware-platform using μC/OS-Ⅱ.It can realize the real-time monitoring of environmental parameters under the coal mining,and connect the control device completing the task of real-time and intelligent control,and communicate securely and reliably between substation node and center-station by CAN-bus.The substation node adopts multiplexer realized multichannel and multi-type data intelligent acquisition,which improved the system's intellectualization.The design of software adopts the multi-task and the priority preemptive scheduling mechanism,realizes multiple task working in parallel and guarantees the real-time and credibility of the system.Using digital filtering technique in data acquisition,the systematic error is decreased.
