Method of online public opinions pre-warning based on intuitionistic fuzzy reasoning

To the issues of online public opinions pre-warning,this paper proposed a pre-warning method based on intuitionistic fuzzy reasoning. Described the theory of the state and trend analysis about online public opinions,which came from the battlefield state and trend analysis in the field of military,and it selected seven modes of the state and trend analysis about online public opinions. The experimental result using 7 topics of online public opinions shows that the method can estimate the threat’s level much precisely,and to a degree,the estimate is fit for the opinion of experts’experience. So,the method is availiable.
