Application of Touch Screen and PLC for Fly Ash Pneumatic Conveying System for 75 t/h Burner of a Thermal Power Plant

Pneumatic conveying system is a key aspect in the dust collection for thermal power plant.It is essential to properly design its control system,so as to make the most use of it.A control system consisting of Siemens S7-200 controller and Weinview MT6070iH touch screen is used in the design of the control system for the fly ash pneumatic conveying for the 75 t/h burner.Off-line simulation and field practice indicate that the pneumatic conveying control system offers easy,flexible,economic and reliable control,which can fully replace the control by industrial computers.
